The general election in Norway in 1912 took place from October 20 to November 11, 1912. It was the election for the 35th storting .
Election result
The loser in the election was the conservative-right-liberal electoral alliance of Høyre and Frisinnede Venstre , which lost 8.4% and thus around 2/3 of the seats (40). The Labor Democrats lost their two seats and had to move out of parliament. The best result was achieved by Venstre with a vote increase of 9.5% and an absolute majority of the mandates. The second election winner was the Labor Party , which was able to double its number of seats.
The Storting was made up of three factions .
