Patricia Petibon (born February 27, 1970 in Montargis ) is a French opera singer ( soprano ). She was best known for her interpretations of French and Italian baroque music .

Life

Patricia Petibon studied musicology and completed her vocal training at the Paris Conservatory in 1995 . William Christie discovered the young singer and since then she has been working regularly with his ensemble Les Arts Florissants .
