Philipp Brugger

Philipp Brugger (born May 28, 1865 in Wiesloch ; † December 16, 1943 in Konstanz ) was a German lawyer and ministerial official.

Life

Brugger studied law at the University of Leipzig and became a member of the Corps Budissa in 1886 . He was going. Councilor in the Prussian Ministry of Culture, later President of the District of Cologne and State Commissioner for the University of Cologne . In 1921 he became State Secretary for the occupied Rhenish territories in the Reich Ministry of the Interior . He was a member of the main committee of the Association for Germanness Abroad and the German Colonial Society . He was married to Emily Brugger (1874–1934), who was committed to the German Center Party .
