Radio Prize of Adult Education Austria

The Austrian Adult Education Radio Prize has been awarded since 1998 to Austrian radio productions that are particularly valuable in terms of adult education . The award-giving associations are the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Bildungshäuser Österreich , the Austrian Library Association , the Association of Austrian Adult Education Centers (VÖV) and the Economic Development Institute of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

The radio prize is awarded in the fields of culture, information, education (Eduard-Ploier-Preis), process-oriented / interactive radio and series / key topics. The jury includes journalists from print media and two representatives from each of the award-winning associations. The VÖV chairs the meeting.
