Rete Uno is also broadcast in other parts of Switzerland via VHF, and reception is possible via a medium wave frequency. LA 1 and LA 2 were broadcast in Italian-speaking Switzerland via DVB-T until June 3, 2019 ; analog broadcasting was discontinued in 2006. In German-speaking and French -speaking Switzerland , only LA 1 could be received terrestrially via DVB-T. Between 1990 and 2002, this program had already been broadcast almost across the board via an analogue broadcasting network north of the Alps.

All programs from LA 1 and LA 2 are also broadcast in encrypted form via the Eutelsat Hotbird satellite.
