The government Kristensen ( Danish . Regeringen Kristensen ) under Prime Minister Knud Kristensen from the Venstre was of 7 November 1945 to 13 November 1947, the Government of Denmark. Reigning kings were Christian X. and Friedrich IX.

The Kristensen government was the 43rd Danish cabinet since the March Revolution and the second government after the end of the German occupation . With the exception of the non-party Foreign Minister, all ministers were provided by the Venstre. Interior Minister Ejnar Kjær died in office. The new post of Minister of Supply was created.
