The government Hedtoft II ( Danish . Regeringen Hedtoft II ) under the Social Democratic Prime Minister Hans Hedtoft was the Danish Government of 30 September 1953 to 1 February 1955. Acting king was Friedrich IX. Due to the strong cabinet reshuffles in the Hedtoft I government , there is also occasional talk of a Hedtoft III government . After Hedtoft's death in office, HC Hansen took over the business as Prime Minister.
The Hedtoft government was the 46th Danish government since the March Revolution .
