The government of Frederiksen ( Danish active Mette Frederiksen ) under Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has been the Danish government since June 27, 2019. Acting queen is Margrethe II.
The government is the 74th Danish cabinet and consists entirely of Social Democratic ministers, which is the case for the first time since the Jørgensen V government . The cabinet consists of a total of 19 ministers and the Prime Minister. The ruling party itself has only a minority of MPs in the Folketing . The necessary majority in parliament results from the cooperation of the social democrats with the parties Socialistisk Folkeparti (SF), Enhedslisten and Radical Venstre .
