The government Stauning IV ( Danish . Regeringen Stauning IV ) under Prime Minister Thorvald Stauning was from 15 September 1939 to 10 April 1940, the Government of Denmark. The reigning king was Christian X.

The government was formed from the Social Democrats and Det Radikalische Venstre and was the 36th cabinet since the March Revolution .
