The Krag I government ( Dän regeringen Krag I ) under the Social Democratic Prime Minister Jens Otto Krag was the Danish government from September 3, 1962 to September 26, 1964. Acting king was Friedrich IX.

The Krag I government was the 51st Danish cabinet since the March Revolution and consisted of the Social Democrats and Det Radikalische Venstre . Almost all of the ministers from the previous occupation of the previous Kampmann II government were taken over. Hans R. Knudsen died in his office as finance minister.
