Government of Poul Nyrup Rasmussen II

After the Folketing election in 1994, the Danish Prime Minister Poul Nyrup Rasmussen formed the Poul Nyrup Rasmussen II cabinet . The governing coalition consisted of Social Democrats , Center Democrats and Social Liberals and was in office from September 27, 1994 to December 30, 1996.

The Center Democrats left the government in December 1996 in protest at the draft budget. Poul Nyrup Rasmussen formed the Nyrup Rasmussen III cabinet without new elections .
