The government Hansen III ( Danish . Regeringen Hansen II ) under the Social Democratic Prime Minister HC Hansen was on 28 May 1957 to 21 February 1960, the Danish government. Acting king was Friedrich IX.

The Hansen II government was the 48th Danish cabinet since the March Revolution and consisted of the Social Democrats, Det Radikalische Venstre and Danmarks Retsforbund , which is why it is referred to as the "triangular government". Almost all of the Social Democratic Ministers from the previous government's last occupation were taken over. Like his predecessor, Hans Hedtoft , HC Hansen died in office.
