Ringendorf is a village in the western Weinviertel in Lower Austria as well as a locality and cadastral municipality in the municipality of Großmugl in the Korneuburg district .

geography

The place is located about 35 kilometers northwest of the city center of Vienna , and 11 km southeast of Hollabrunn . It is located about 2½ km west of Großmugl at around 285  m above sea level. A. Altitude in the southwestern foothills of the Leiser Berge on the Hölzlberg  ( 328  m above sea level ). This is where the Ringendorfer Graben rises , which - in the upper reaches only periodic water - flows into the Göllersbach at Untermallebarn .

The village has about 50 buildings with almost 110 inhabitants. The total area of ​​the cadastral community is 396  hectares .

The place extends above today's state road L 1086 ( Weinviertler Straße B 303 near Göllersdorf via Göllersdorf-Untergrub - Ringendorf to L 27 in Großmugl).
