Geitzendorf is a village in the western Weinviertel in Lower Austria as well as a locality and cadastral community of the municipality of Großmugl in the Korneuburg district .

geography

The place is located about 32 kilometers northwest of the city center of Vienna , and 13 km southeast of Hollabrunn . It is located about 3 km southwest of Großmugl at around 225  m above sea level. A. Höhe, in the hill country of the southern Weinviertel at the Ringendorfer Graben , which flows into the Göllersbach at Untermallebarn .

The village has about 40 buildings with almost 90 inhabitants. The total area of ​​the cadastral community is a good 300  hectares .

The place extends on today's state road L 1090 (from the L 29 next Senning via Geitzendorf to Ringendorf).
