Rossella Fiamingo (born July 14, 1991 in Catania ) is an Italian sword fencer . She became world champion several times .

Rossella Fiamingo achieved her first international successes with the team. In Catania , the city ​​of her birth , she won bronze at the World Championships with her , and another bronze medal was added at the 2014 European Championships in Strasbourg . At the world championships in Kazan in the same year , a third bronze medal followed in the team competition. In the individual, after victories in the quarter-finals against Irina Embrich and in the semi-finals against Jana Schemjakina , she reached the final against Britta Heidemann , who she defeated with 15:11 and thus became world champion.
