In the same year, 1082 people lived in Roschkowitz, 260 Catholic and 14 Jewish. In 1861 there were 172 people in Woislawitz. In 1874 the Roschkowitz district was founded. The first head of office was the lieutenant and manor owner Carl von Jordan from Schiroslawitz.

In 1933 the place had 794 inhabitants. On July 24, 1936, the place name was changed to Röstfelde . In 1939, 870 people lived in Röstfelde. Until 1945 the village belonged to the Kreuzburg OS district

As a result of the Second World War, Röstfelde fell under Polish administration in 1945, like most of Silesia . The place was subsequently renamed Wojsławice and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 it was incorporated into the Opole Voivodeship. In 1999 the place came to the newly founded Powiat Kluczborski ( Kreuzburg district ).
