Saliou Sané (born July 19, 1992 in Hanover ) is a German - Senegalese soccer player . The striker is under contract with the Würzburger Kickers .

Career

In his youth, Sané played for Hannoversche SC and Hannover 96 . For the 2011/12 season he moved up to the second team and completed point games in the Regionalliga Nord . In the summer of 2012, Sané moved to league competitor TSV Havelse , where he became a regular player. For the 2013/14 season he moved together with teammate Marc Vucinovic to the second division club SC Paderborn 07 , where he signed a two-year contract.

For the 2014/15 season , Sané moved to third division Holstein Kiel on loan and was signed in the summer of 2015 - with a contract valid until June 30, 2017.

After a season for SG Sonnenhof Großaspach , the striker moved to Karlsruher SC in the 2018/19 season . There he made his debut on the 1st matchday of this season in a 1-1 draw against Eintracht Braunschweig . Overall, Sané was used in 22 games, but it was mostly substitutions. The successful storm duo Anton Fink and Marvin Pourié was not a permanent option for him. At the end of the season he was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga with KSC .

There the attacker was only used once and was sold to third division club Würzburger Kickers at the end of January 2020 .
