The Singapore national basketball team represents Singapore in men's international basketball games. The greatest successes of the Singapore national team were a few years ago. Singapore took part in the 1956 Summer Olympics. Best placings at the Asian Basketball Championships for Singapore were two 7th places in 1963 and 1975 . Further successes include two 5 places in the basketball competitions of the Asian Games in 1954 and 1958.
