history

In Mühlenbruch there was a manor that, together with the shares of Kölpin D and Pinnow A, was an old fiefdom of the noble Manteuffel family . In the 18th century it was sold to a member of the noble Puttkamer family ; from 1770 to 1793 it belonged to Major General Otto Casimir von Hülsen . In Ludwig Wilhelm Brüggemann's detailed description of the current state of the Royal Prussian Duchy of Western and Western Pomerania (1784), Mühlenbruch is listed among the noble estates of the Greifenberg district as a "free manor with a farm and a sheep farm".

From 1793 to 1808 Mühlenbruch belonged to the Romahn landowner , Johann Wilhelm Christoph Steobanus , who later became the district administrator of the Greifenberg district. In 1808 the manor came into bourgeois hands and then changed hands several times. In the middle of the 19th century, the majority of the residents of Mühlenbruch belonged to the Old Lutherans . The last German owner of the Mühlenbruch manor from the 1920s to 1945 was Hans Georg von der Osten .

Since 1895 Mühlenbruch was on the small railway line Regenwalde – Mühlenbruch – Roman of the Kolberger Kleinbahn . The Mühlenbruch train station was over 1 kilometer from the manor on the road in the direction of Brückenkrug. In 1899, the Dummadel – Natelfitz – Mühlenbruch small railway was also built, operated by the Greifenberger Kleinbahn . Further buildings developed around the station.

In 1818 Mühlenbruch was reclassified from the district of Greifenberg to the district of Fürstenthum . When the principality district was dissolved in 1871, Mühlenbruch became part of the Colberg-Cörlin district .

Mühlenbruch formed its own manor district since the 19th century . As part of the dissolution of the manor districts in Prussia, Mühlenbruch was incorporated into the municipality of Reselkow in 1929 .

After the Second World War , Mühlenbruch, like all of Western Pomerania, came to Poland. It received the Polish place name "Skrzydłowo".

Skrzydłowo is now part of the Rzesznikowo Schulzenamt in Gmina Rymań .
