The spectrum is a one-day music festival for “beat culture”, which has been taking place annually since 2012 on the Elbe Island in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg and is organized by Kopf & Steine GmbH. The artists performing there are primarily to be found in the field of hip-hop and rap . In some cases, however, artists from the electrical segment also perform . The festival is considered to be the “offspring” of the MS Dockville Festival.
From the small open air , a firm Hamburg quickly grew. While the spectrum initially had around 600 visitors, in 2016 over 8,000 people found their way to the festival site.
Stages
While the festival today has three stages at the same time with the “engine room”, the “upper deck” and the “Klüse”, 2012 started with just one stage. However, the one-day festival was expanded to two stages a year later.
