It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Steinweg. It is registered as a bank building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The representative building was built around 1880/90. It is made of bricks and designed in the style of late classicism . The facade of the ground floor is clad with house stones, while the upper, clinkered floors are provided with stucco frames around the window openings. The two lateral axes of the five-axis facade are each provided with a box bay on the first floor , which has an exit.
