The Survival 3C Masters 2019/4 (previously: three cushion Challenge Masters, 3CC) is a three-band tournament series in the discipline of Karambolagebillards and takes place from 19 to 22 September in Seoul in South Korea instead. The tournament is organized as Survival 3C Masters by UMB and Kozoom . The high prize money of US $ 258,600 makes it one of the UMB's most highly endowed tournament series.

history

After the differences between the UMB and the PBA ( Professional Billiards Association ), all players participating in PBA tournaments were excluded from the UMB for all international tournaments organized by the UMB. At this tournament, it concerns the world number two Frédéric Caudron and Eddy Leppens as twentieth. The German world number thirteenth Martin Horn has to cancel the tournament for health reasons. The Dane Dion Nelin moves up into the field of seeded players.

Due to the high demand for this tournament, the field of participants in the main round was increased to 32 players. A qualification tournament with 104 players was held beforehand. The top eight qualified for the main tournament. Among the 104 qualifiers are 89 Korean players, four women, four juniors and seven wild cards for the Seoul Billiards Federation (SBF). There are a total of 128 players at the start.

The women's world champion Therese Klompenhouwer was the first woman to receive a wildcard for the extended tournament.
