Tarzan & Jane is a film adaptation of the animated series Disney's Tarzan , which consists of three unpublished episodes (37-39) of the series. The combined episodes were completed in 2002 as a direct-to-DVD production by Walt Disney Studios . Directed by Steve Loter.

Tarzan and Jane have been living together in the jungle for a year. They would like to celebrate this anniversary with their friends, Jane's father Prof. Porter, the gorilla girl Terk and the disgruntled elephant Tantor, and Jane is looking for the right present for Tarzan. Jane talks to Prof. Porter, Terk and Tantor about past adventures and what can be given to Tarzan. They say that they scoured the jungle with Jane's British friends, that they both surfed lava and put down a few villains, and that they exposed one of Jane's sandpit friends as a traitor.

The production was released on DVD on July 23, 2002 by Buena Vista Home Entertainment in the USA. The film was also released in German on DVD on August 22nd. On February 2, 2007, the film was also broadcast on Super RTL .
