Taurus Awards 2007
The Taurus World Stunt Awards 2007 were the sixth award of the Taurus World Stunt Awards , an American award for film stunts that on 25 May 2007 again as since 2003 on a Backlot of Paramount Pictures took place. The award was broadcast by AMC . In the previous year, the award ceremony was suspended for the first time since the event began in 2001.
Award
Burt Reynolds received the Taurus Lifetime Achievement Award for an Action Movie Star , while Jeannie Epper received the Taurus Lifetime Achievement Award and Gerard Butler received the Action Movie Star of the Year.
Live stunts and parkour runs were performed on the stage . More than 1700 spectators were present. Joe Cocker performed with the title Feeling Alright . As at the award ceremony before, Dwayne Johnson hosted the show.

As in the previous two years, the awards were presented in nine categories, in which a total of 29 different films were nominated. The films James Bond 007 - Casino Royale and Pirates of the Caribbean - Pirates of the Caribbean 2 were nominated the most, each with four nominations. With two awards, James Bond 007 - Casino Royale received the most Taurus Awards. As in the previous three years, a German action series was named the best foreign production.
