Stölting Service Group was a German road cycling team from Gelsenkirchen .
The team, which was founded at the end of 2010, started with a license as a Continental Team since the 2011 season and drove as the UCI Professional Continental Team in 2016 . Team manager of the team, which has been sponsored by the Stölting Service Group since 2012, was Christian Große Kreul . The sporting directors were Jochen Hahn , Gregor Willwohl and André Steensen .
At the beginning of the 2015 season, the team joined the Mouvement Pour un Cyclisme Crédible .
In August 2015 it was announced that the team would be merged with the professional Continental Team Cult Energy Pro Cycling , which was suffering from financial problems . The operating company of the Stölting team , Stölting Ruhr-Profi Radteam GmbH , was supposed to take over the management of the joint team, which for strategic reasons should be licensed as a Danish one. After the UCI registered the team under the name Cult Energy-Stölting Group as a Danish Professional Continental Team, the Danish sponsor Cult Energy declared its withdrawal from the project because the German operating company did not make payments for material, which is why salaries at the end of the year would not have been paid can be. The Stölting Ruhr-Profi Radteam GmbH denied the allegations. On December 16, 2015, it was announced that the team would start with the Stölting Group as the sole main sponsor in 2016 as the Professional Continental Team. The team was finally registered for the operating company Stölting Cycling GmbH .
The operator did not apply for a license as a Professional Continental Team for the 2017 season and announced in December 2016 that the team would disband at the end of the season, as the search for a second main sponsor was unsuccessful and the sponsor wanted to increasingly turn to other sports.
