After the last live album I'm Going To Tell You Secret , the new live album The Confessions Tour was released in January 2007 . The DVD contains all 21 songs that Madonna sang live on the Confessions Tour , recorded at the Wembley Arena in London (as directed by Jonas Akerlund as in "I'm Going to Tell You a Secret"). Depending on the edition, there is also a live CD on which a total of 13 of the tracks can be heard. This time the live album entered the charts with the promo single I Feel Love released in Japan .

There are also backstage recordings and a photo gallery on the DVD.

In addition, the DVD was awarded a Grammy in the “Best Longform Music Video” category at the 50th Grammy Awards ceremony . In the same category, Madonna won a Grammy for the "Blond Ambition Tour" in 1991 .

• All those involved in the tour received casual clothing from H&M. Now that Madonna has designed her second collection for H&M, this was intended as a small thank you.
• The crew consisted of 106 members.
• Everything was transported in 24 trucks, five buses, 18 vans and cars as well as in two private planes.
• The weight of the entire equipment is 200 tons.
• The gigantic disco ball with which Madonna floats onto the stage weighs two tons. Attached to it are diamonds worth two million US dollars.
• There are seven costume changes for Madonna, totaling 600 costumes for the full show.
• All costumes were designed by star designer Jean-Paul Gaultier.
