The 2006/07 Bundesliga was the 41st season for men and the 32nd season for women in the top German table tennis division. The champions were the TTC Frickenhausen and Müllermilch Langweid .

Men

For men, ten teams took part, which was newly SV Plüderhausen , the Werder Bremen replaced. The best four teams after the end of the regular season took part in the play-off rounds to determine the German champions. In two final games, the TTC Frickenhausen prevailed against the TTC Zugbrücke Grenzau and thus became German champions for the second time. The last two clubs were supposed to be relegated, but only Werder Bremen moved up from below, so that only TSV Schwalbe Tündern had to leave the 1st Bundesliga.

Women

A total of 10 teams took part in the women, new was SV Böblingen , which rose for DJK TuS Holsterhausen . TTC Langweid became champions for the eighth time , but then had to withdraw from the Bundesliga, just like Homberg and TTK Anröchte , who were replaced by the newcomers DJK TuS Holsterhausen and TTSV Saarlouis-Fraulautern .
