The Toyota TF102 was the first Formula 1 - racing cars of Toyota Racing . The car, designed by Gustav Brunner , took part in all 17 races of the 2002 Formula 1 season , was driven by the Finn Mika Salo and the British Allan McNish, and achieved two sixth places (Salo at the Australian and Brazilian Grand Prix ) - which is why Team finished the constructors' championship with two points in tenth place out of eleven in its first season. Norbert Kreyer developed the V10 engine RVX-02 . The tires came from Michelin .
