action

The FBI -Agenten Roy Clayton and Max Archer investigating a terrorist network to the searched leader Nathir and coming on the former US explosives expert Samir Horn, they think first for a non-fanatical arms dealer. However, Horn's trail is lost after he and the terrorists around Nathir's right-hand man Omar escape from a prison in Yemen . A bomb attack in Nice , an operation in London and planned attacks in the USA are increasing indications for the FBI that Horn is a big fish of the widely ramified Islamist terror network. Through Omar, he first met Fareed and then Nathir, the two leaders of the network. Nathir assigns Horn to supply fifty "sleepers" living in the USA with explosives. On Thanksgiving Day , these passengers are said to commit suicide attacks in long-distance buses.

However , the FBI agents miss Horn's irregular meetings with Carter of the CIA , which reveal his work as a double agent. When Carter is shot dead by Omar joining him at one of these meetings, the situation seems increasingly hopeless for Horn. However, he manages to get Clayton a message about his and Omar's escape route after the attacks. After researching the Nice attack, he realizes that Horn is working as an undercover agent for the CIA. On board a freighter that is supposed to bring Horn together with Omar, Fareed and Nathir from Halifax to Marseille, Horn manages to shoot Fareed and Nathir. Omar is killed by the police alerted by the FBI and Horn is shot in the shoulder. It turns out that Horn ordered all the assassins into a single bus, so there is no innocent victim apart from the driver in the explosion. After the recovery, Horn finally withdraws from the "industry".
