society

The 184 cm tall player from Galatasaray Istanbul was added to the A-team in 2003 as well as Sabri Sarıoğlu from the youth team of Galatasaray Istanbul, where he is used both as a defender and as a midfielder. He has already played in the UEFA Cup with Galatasaray . For the 2006/07 season , the young star was loaned to the UEFA Cup participant Kayserispor . In the 2007/08 season , Uğur was a regular under Karl-Heinz Feldkamp in the position of right defender.

For the 2010/11 season, Ucar moved to MKE Ankaragücü . After this club got into more and more financial difficulties in 2011, the club could no longer pay its players' salaries. After failing to pay their wages several times, a contractual clause came into force, according to which the players concerned were released without a fee. Ucar pulled this clause in spring 2012 and switched to league rivals Kardemir Karabükspor within the Süper Lig . At this club he did not manage to establish himself as a regular player in the first one and a half seasons. It wasn't until the 2013/14 season that Ucar managed to get regular stakes. Although he had played 25 league games this season, Karabükspor did not extend the contract with Ucar, which expired in summer 2014.

On the second day of the 2014 summer transfer period, he moved to the first division side Istanbul Başakşehir .

National team

From the Turkish U-16 national team, Ucar went through almost all youth national teams in his country and is one of the most nominated young national players in Turkey.
