The 1995 U-21 African Football Championship was the ninth edition of the tournament for junior football teams (U-21) in Africa organized by the African Football Association (CAF) . The tournament was held in Nigeria . The winner was Cameroon by a 4: 0 win over Burundi . The two finalists qualified for the 1995 World Junior Championship in Qatar.

World Championship
Cameroon and Burundi qualified for the 1995 World Junior Championships in Qatar. There Cameroon finished its preliminary group ahead of Australia , Costa Rica and Germany as the winner, then retired in the quarter-finals against eventual world champions Argentina . Burundi finished the preliminary round behind Spain , Japan and Chile in last place.
