Virginie Ledoyen
Virginie Ledoyen (born November 15, 1976 in Paris ) is a French actress and model . Her maiden name is Virginie Fernandez , as a stage name she chose the surname of her grandmother (on her mother's side).
Life
Virginie Ledoyen took his first advertising photos at the age of two and a half. At the age of 15 she decided to pursue a film career, her breakthrough came with nominations for the César between 1993 and 1995. In Germany she was mainly known for the following roles: In Claude Chabrol's Biester with Sandrine Bonnaire and Isabelle Huppert she plays the spoiled daughter of Jean-Pierre Cassel and Jacqueline Bisset . In addition to Leonardo DiCaprio , she plays the vacationer Françoise in The Beach and in François Ozons 8 Women she took on the role of Suzon (in the original Corinne Le Poulain ). Virginie Ledoyen gained further fame as one of the faces of the L'Oréal cosmetics company between 2000 and 2005.
Their daughter Lila was born on September 29, 2001. From 2006 to September 2007 she was married to the film director Iain Rogers . From 2007 to 2015 she lived with the actor Arié Elmaleh. There are two children from this relationship.
