The world heritage in Bosnia and Herzegovina includes (as of 2017) three UNESCO world heritage sites , all of which are world cultural heritage sites. Bosnia and Herzegovina joined the World Heritage Convention in 1993, and the first World Heritage site was added to the World Heritage List in 2005. The last World Heritage site to date was registered in 2016.

Stećci (Singular Stećak ) are tombstones in the Balkan region, which are mostly dated to the 14th and 15th centuries. They can be found standing alone or in necropolises.

As of 2019, eleven sites are entered in the tentative list of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the last entry was in 2019.
