World Heritage Sites in Slovakia (H = caves of the Slovak Karst , K = wooden churches in the Slovak part of the Carpathian Mountains , W = primeval beech forests in the Carpathian Mountains ) |
The world heritage in Slovakia (as of 2018) includes seven UNESCO world heritage sites , including five world cultural heritage sites and two world natural heritage sites. The Slovakia has ratified the World Heritage Convention in 1993, the same year the first three World Heritage sites were inscribed on the World Heritage List. The last World Heritage site to date was registered in 2008.
