World Heritage Sites in Greece |
The world heritage in Greece includes (as of 2017) eighteen UNESCO World Heritage sites , including sixteen world cultural heritage sites and two mixed cultural and natural heritage sites. Greece ratified the World Heritage Convention in 1981, and the first World Heritage site was added to the World Heritage List in 1986. The last World Heritage site to date was registered in 2016.
