Bodružal (1927 to 1973 Slovak "Bodružaľ"; Russian Бодружал / Bodruschal ; Hungarian Rózsadomb - until 1902 Bodruzsal ) is a municipality in northeastern Slovakia . It is located in the Low Beskids , south of the Duklapass and 15 km from Svidník .

The village originated in the 16th century. The greatest attraction is the Greek Catholic wooden church of St. Nicholas from 1658 in the baroque style. In 2008 the church was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List .
