Wessachhof is a deserted area in the municipality of Markt Obernzenn in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia . Until 1961 it was part of the former municipality of Urphertshofen .

The Zenn rises from the wasteland . It was surrounded by the corridor areas Sandschlag (east), Mühläcker (north), Die Morgen (southeast) and Teufelsleiten (southwest).

history

Towards the end of the 18th century there was 1 household in Wessachhof. The high court exercised the manor Obernzenn . The caste office Neustadt an der Aisch held the village and community rulership. The estate was owned by the manor Obernzenn-Gutend as landlord .

As part of the municipal edict, Wessachhof (also called Chralottenhof) was assigned to the Urphertshofen tax district, formed in 1808 . He also belonged to the Urphertshofen rural community formed in 1810 . Until 1848, voluntary jurisdiction was held by the Obernzenn -Aberdar patrimonial court over one property and the Obernzenn-Gutend patrimonial court over the other property.
