Wezel (Olomouc)
Wezel (historical Wezlo ; Czech Vezel ) was Bishop of Olomouc to 1088/91.
He was mentioned in the Chronica Boemorum by Cosmas of Prague , who wrote for the time around 1090 that King Vratislav II of Bohemia appointed his chaplain Wezlo to be bishop in Moravia, but that he received no episcopal ordinations. It was also mentioned in a founding charter for Vyšehrad, which is a forgery from the 12th century. His name was not mentioned in the Olomouc bishops' lists.
Berthold Bretholz considered that he could have been identical to the subsequent Bishop Andreas .
