In addition, he was canon in Vyšehrad , in Breslau and in Thein on the Moldau, and provost of St. Gilg . Since 1423 he had the title of Dr. decretorum .

Although he quarreled with the Olomouc cathedral chapter in financial matters in 1420, Konrad was elected Bishop of Olomouc in 1430 after the death of John the Iron . Since he was in Rome, he waited for papal confirmation and was ordained bishop there.

At the same time he was given the administration for the Prague Archdiocese. With its local administration, which at that time had its seat in Zittau , he entrusted the vicar general Johann von Kralovice and after his death the vicars general Johann von Dubá and Simon von Nymburk.

Even before his introduction as Bishop of Olomouc, which took place on August 18, 1431 by Domdechant Peter von Ratschitz ( Račice ), Konrad called a diocesan synod in Brno , on which new diocesan statutes were adopted, with which the life of the priests and the responsibilities of the members of the order were adopted and the residence obligation should be regulated.

Although Konrad took part in the Council of Constance in 1415 as a representative of the Prague Archbishop Konrad von Vechta and in 1428 in Canterbury as papal legate negotiated with the English clergy about financial support in the fight against the Hussites, he became negligent after the Hussites were able to take Kremlin in 1432 accused of combating them.

In 1433, in the wake of Emperor Sigismund , Konrad took part in negotiations with the Hussite delegation at the Basel Council, where he also worked as a judge. He also judged several disputes in Ulm, where he accompanied Sigismund from Basel in 1434.

In the same year he died in Ulm and was buried in the local barefoot monastery. His tombstone is in the Ulm City Museum.
