Windsor is a census-designated place (CDP) in Indian River County in the US state of Florida with 256 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Windsor borders the city of Orchid to the south . The CDP is located approximately 15 km north of Vero Beach and approximately 140 km southeast of Orlando . Windsor is between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River , which forms part of the Intracoastal Waterway .

The CDP is traversed by Florida State Road A1A .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 256 inhabitants were distributed over 200 households. The population density was 32 inh. / Km². 97.7% of the population identified themselves as whites, 0.8% as Indians and 0.4% as Asian Americans . 1.2% said they belonged to several ethnic groups. 2.3% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
