The Winkel nature reserve is located in the municipality of Temmen-Ringenwalde in the Uckermark district in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1059 was placed under nature protection by ordinance October 1, 1990 . The approximately 145 hectare nature reserve extends southwest of Ringenwalde , part of the municipality of Temmen-Ringenwalde. The state road L 23 runs to the east, the Libbesickesee extends to the northwest and the Krumme See lake in the municipality of Friedrichswalde ( Barnim district ) to the southeast .
