Wobeser (noble family)
Wobeser is the name of an ancient noble family from the Duchy of Pomerania with the parent company of the same name near Rummelsburg .
history
Tezlav Wobeser, an early member of the family, is mentioned in a document as early as 1270. In 1300 Klaus Wobeser is named as the owner of Wobeser in the Rummelsburg district . Also Missow at Stolp belonged to the tribe of the family goods. The sure lineage of the family begins in 1383 with Jacob von Wobeser. The family later expanded to Prussia or Neumark and Lausitz .
The family was able to occupy influential administrative positions in Pomerania several times and, in addition to the generals listed below, provided other well-known officers in the Prussian army . Jakob von Wobeser was court marshal and chancellor in Pomerania in 1529 , as well as captain of Lauenburg , Jakob II. Von Wobeser was captain of Colbatz in 1573 , later captain of Lauenburg, and in 1620, finally, chief court marshal in Stettin , Peter Heinrich von Wobeser (1683-1753) was Prussian civil servant and president of the War and Domain Chamber in Küstrin , Heinrich von Wobeser became chamber president in 1760. From 1723-1759 Peter Christian von Wobeser was district administrator in the Luckenwalde district , Jacob Eckard von Wobeser was chamberlain and governor, chamber and mountain ridge of Upper Lusatia .
In 1795 a Prussian diploma was issued to legitimize the nobility for the natural children of Friedrich Bogislaw von Woberser, while maintaining the paternal coat of arms .
In 1895 the coats of arms and names of the brothers Tetzlaff and Otto von Wobeser, adoptive sons of their uncle Karl von Warnstedt , were named von Wobeser-Warnstedt .

The family coat of arms shows a green mummel leaf in silver . On the crowned helmet with green-silver covers three natural silver lilies on green-leafed stems.
