Wolf-Jürgen steel (* 26. February 1964 in Hagen ) is a Brigadier General of the Army of the Armed Forces and since August 17, 2018 Chief of Staff of the Multinational Corps Northeast of NATO in Szczecin ( Poland ).

Stahl joined the Bundeswehr as an officer candidate in 1983 and completed his training as an officer in the Panzer Grenadier Troops at Combat Troop School II and in the Panzer Grenadier Battalion 72 in Hamburg by 1984 . He then completed a degree in economics and organizational sciences at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg from 1984 to 1987 . Service as a staff officer

On October 3, 2017, Stahl replaced Brigadier General André Bodemann as commander of the Train Advise and Assist Command North (TAAC-N) and contingent leader of the German Resolute Support Mission of NATO in Afghanistan .
