All teams played a simple round with a return leg. There was no relegation. For the second time the league was held in three regional groups. The winners of the three divisions should then meet. However, there was only one game.

Final game
After the victory of the Oxford City Rockets against the Streatham Striker, they were unofficial champions of the women's league. Unfortunately, the Rockets, who were clearly superior to their opponents in the Central Division, and the Northern Division winner, the Sunderland Scorpions, did not come to a meeting where they could prove their strength.
