The Wtora liga 2018/19 was the 70th season of the second highest Bulgarian football league . It started on July 27, 2018 and ended on May 25, 2019.

16 teams played against each other twice on 30 match days, divided into a first half and a second half. The master went straight to the Parwa liga . The second and third were promoted through the play-offs. The league will be enlarged from 16 to 18 teams for the next season and, accordingly, only two teams will be relegated to the third-class Treta league.
