Central Miomaffo ( Indonesian Miomaffo Tengah ) is an Indonesian district ( Kecamatan ) in the west of the island of Timor .

The district is located in the south of the administrative district of North Central Timor (Timor Tengah Utara) in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (Nusa Tenggara Timur) . In the southwest of the district is Westmiomaffo (Miomaffo Barat) , in the northwest district of Musi , in the northeastern district Südbikomi (Bikomi Selatan) and the South East Noimuti .
Central Miomaffo has an area of 75 km² and is divided into the six Desa Bijaepasu in the center, Noenasi in the north, Nian in the northeast, Tuabatan in the southern center, Akomi in the south and West Tuabatan (Tuabatan Barat) in the west. The administrative headquarters are in Bijaepasu. The territory is largely located at an altitude between 400 m and 500 m . As usual in Timor, the climate is divided into a rainy and a dry season .

Residents
In 2017, 6,304 people lived in Central Miomaffo. 3,054 are men, 3,259 women. The population density is 84 people per square kilometer. 6,206 people profess the Catholic faith, 93 are Protestants and five people are Muslim. There are five Catholic and one Protestant churches in the district.
Economy and Transport
Most of the district's residents make a living from agriculture. Cattle (1,951), buffalo (9), pigs (1,185), goats (374) and chickens (4,305) are kept as pets. Corn is grown on 615 hectares, rice on 105 hectares, manioc on 200 hectares , sweet potatoes on 70 hectares , peanuts on 90 hectares and green beans on 50 hectares. Petai , tomatoes and chilli are also harvested .
38.5 kilometers of roads are paved. 3.85 kilometers of roads are covered with gravel. Simple clay slopes in the district have a length of 29.64 kilometers. Public transport is operated by seven minibuses, eleven pick-ups, two trucks and 147 motorcycles.
