Biboki Feotleu is an Indonesian district ( Kecamatan ) in the west of the island of Timor .

The district is located in the east of the administrative district of North Central Timor (Timor Tengah Utara) in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (Nusa Tenggara Timur) . In the north is the district of Biboki Anleu , in the southwest Biboki Moenleu and South Biboki (Biboki Selatan) and in the south North Biboki (Biboki Utara) . In the east, Biboki Feotleu borders on the administrative district of Belu with its district of West Tasifeto (Tasifeto Barat) .
Biboki Feotleu has an area of 124.70 km² and is divided into the five Desa Manumean , Kuluan , Naku , Makun and Birunatun . Manumean and Kuluan are between 200 m and 500 m above sea level , Makun and Birunatun above 500 m and Naku at 634 m . As usual in Timor, the climate is divided into a rainy season from December to March and a dry season from June to September. 44.50% of the area of the district is forested.
Residents
In 2017 there were 4,228 inhabitants in Biboki Feotleu. 2,176 were men, 2,052 women. The population density was 34 people per square kilometer. 4,266 people professed their Catholic faith and two were Protestants. There was a Catholic church and three chapels in the district.
Economy, infrastructure and transport
Most of the district's residents make a living from agriculture. 99% of the households here are farming. Cattle (4,014), horses (eleven), buffalo (eleven), pigs (21,396), goats (892) and chickens (4,772) are kept as pets. Corn is grown on 400 hectares, rice on 139 hectares, manioc on 400 hectares, sweet potatoes on ten hectares and peanuts on 15 hectares. Other agricultural products include avocados, mangoes, oranges, papayas, bananas, pineapples and jackfruits.
There are seven elementary schools and one middle school in Biboki Feotleu. A community health center ( Puskesmas ), two medical care centers ( Puskesmas Pembantu ) and three midwifery centers ( Polindes ) are available for medical care .
Public transport is operated by six minibuses, four trucks, one bus and 13 motorcycles.
