This is a list of the series that have run in the Shueisha manga anthology book for boys, Weekly Shonen Jump. This list, organized by decade and year of when the series started, will list every single notable series run in the manga magazine, the author of the series and, in case the series has ended, when it has ended. Any series that has lasted over a year in the magazine will be the focus, outside certain shorter series known for their author or that have been released or scheduled for release in the United States. Of particular note, special symbols will be used for particular landmarks the series has in its existence:

  • Bold are over 100 million circulation (only in the Japanese domestic market) or run over 10 years.
  • Italics are being published or have been published in North America under Viz's "Shonen Jump" label.
  • An Asterisk (*) means that the series is still running currently in the magazine.
  • A ¹ after the name of a company/manga line means flopped from right to left in U.S.
  • A ² after the manga title means that the series has an animated counterpart.
  • Any titles by a.k.a. are changed U.S. titles.
  • Any titles released in RAIJIN COMICS (U.S. version of Comic Bunch) by Gutsoon! (U.S. version of Coamix) are released due to it's publication in Comic Bunch, or the fact that it's editorial production was by Coamix. Any titles with a tild (~) means it has had an appearance in Comic Bunch. Any titles with comas' (") have been edited by Coamix.
