The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1963/64 was the 14th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was FC Emmendingen , which was able to prevail in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd in the Baden-Württemberg group against the other amateur champions in Baden-Württemberg and secured promotion to the Regionalliga with 1st place. The FC Kandern was relegated to the 2nd Amateur League. 1. FC Grenzach and Zeller FV 1920 were promoted for the following season .
