Abbie Myers (born July 18, 1994 in Sydney ) is an Australian tennis player .

Career

Myers, who loves to play hard courts, began playing tennis at the age of five. She mainly plays on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour , where she has so far won one title in singles and 17 in doubles.

At Apia International Sydney 2013 she played for the first time in the main draw of a WTA tournament. She lost her doubles alongside Storm Sanders against Darija Jurak and Katalin Marosi with 6: 2, 4: 6 and [4:10].

For the Australian Open in 2015 she received a wildcard for the main draw in doubles ; there she received the maximum penalty (0: 6, 0: 6) on the side of Jessica Moore in round one against Jarmila Gajdošová and Ajla Tomljanović .
